sibsa.es uses your personal data for different purposes, depending on your relationship with sibsa.es, either to manage your customer relationship, purchase our services, manage billing and ensure that we can communicate with you efficiently, to send you information as a subscriber or to respond to your inquiries, requests for information-budget,…

Data capture systems, purposes, legitimization and time of data processing:

If you have filled out a contact form to make an inquiry, request information and quotes and have checked the appropriate box of acceptance the legal basis or legitimization of the processing of your data is your consent, in this case your data will be processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, will be deleted 7 days after the last communication we have with you, and records will be kept only for statistical and historical purposes.

If you register on the web through the registration form to have a user account and access areas that are required username and password and have checked the box for acceptance, we have your explicit and informed consent, the legal basis or legitimization of the processing of your data is your consent, the purpose of the processing of your data will be to authenticate you in the system and give you access to these private areas. What information do we collect, what is the category of data we process?

We collect and process personal data about you when you interact with us and our websites, and when you purchase our services. Depending on each type of action, we will ask you for different information.

All this in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD.

Likewise, sibsa.es has established additional measures in order to reinforce the confidentiality and integrity of the information in its organization. Continuously monitoring, controlling and evaluating processes to ensure respect for data privacy.

What rights do I have?

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict (stop any active) processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine-readable format, and to ask us to share (port) this data to another controller.

To whom my data is communicated, who else has access to my data

sibsa.es may communicate your data in order to fulfill its obligations to the Public Administrations in those cases where this is required in accordance with current legislation and, where appropriate, also to other bodies such as State Security Forces and Corps, Judges, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Courts, the Court of Auditors or the Ombudsman.

Likewise to the personal data of the CLIENT may have access to third party companies or professionals with whom sibsa.es works (Consultancy, web hosting provider, marketing agencies, …) and that are necessary for the provision of the service both access to the web, communications through the web, hiring services, sending commercial information, legal obligations and / or data collection.

Under no circumstances may these companies use your data for any purpose other than that provided for in the third-party processing contract signed with each of them.
Third parties that process your data:

Our web hosting provider (ZONADEWEB -Juan Vicente Navarro García), as provider of the web hosting and e-mail service, the data transmission and storage service through web and e-mail, and as administrators of our web systems on the Internet will have access to your data for the sole purpose of resolving incidents with our web hosting, perform mail tests, perform updates, solve and review database tables with errors and other technical functions of the contracted service and to allow us to properly provide web hosting services, domain registration, e-mail and other Internet services.
